we have lived here for three years. many managers have coma and gone. This latest manager has been here for about a year and is horrible - she lies, has bad attitude and ridiculous new policies.
The buildings have all chipped so bad that the bare rotted wood showing on every bldg.
Manager has promised for a year the buildings would be painted - LIE!
Manager never follows up because she is NEVER in the office! Mainatenance didn't shovel or put ice melt down after any snow or ice storm. Staff is confrontational.
Now residents are required to register cars for parking permits. No one can tell us what our guests are supposed to do when they visit. The first time a guest is towed, we're breaking the lease! We are paying way too much rent and we've had enough of this crap!
