The apartments may have an appealing floor plan and you might even get a great rental rate...but you will find that a large price to pay for the quality of living you receive. This community is on a death spiral if you are looking for an upscale, professional environment.





Not to mention the parking is absolutely awful. Do not be fooled by the mandatory "Parking Permits" that have been issued to all residences to correct their parking problem. This is just a great way for "big brother" to force all guests out of the community by 1am. If you have guests over after 1am (parents, friends, co-workers), they will be towed or forced to park off property. The alternative is to get a parking pass before 6pm (if you know ahead of time your guests will be staying late) but do not forget the office is closed on Sunday so you may need to plan days in advance for the pass (hope you?re psychic!). In addition, if you have guests over too often then you will denied a pass. Amazing that as an adult I have a property manager that has the right to control who visits my home.





Not to mention the buildings are falling apart and landscaping is pitiful. Barren spots now cover the areas that were once populated with colorful flowers. They do keep a minimal amount of flowers on the property but only around the entrances and the rental office.





Overall, I am sadly disappointed in the management style of this community. It seems that the root of most of the problems are being contributed to the owners of the controlling company. It has progressively worsened over the past few years. I look forward to my lease end so I can get out of this suppressed apartment community. The Owners/Management have lowered the bar for these so-called "Luxury" apartments. "Luxury"...now that is a blatant misrepresentation.





I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS FOR SINGLE PEOPLE OR PROFESSIONALS OR NICE PEOPLE OR ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A FUN, SAFE PLACE TO LIVE!!!
