Cedar Springs

I lived at this complex for a year and a half. Like any complex it has perks and negatives but on the whole I enjoyed my time there. I did get ants during the spring but at the first sight of them I let the management office know and they exterminated within the week. The other couple of maintainance problems I had were also quickly resolved within 24 hours and I found the maintainance staff to be very friendle and helpful. I didn't have any real problems with management at the complex either they were generally very friendly, although I noticed that they took long lunch breaks. You just have to be polite and know what you need when dealing with them. Also I don't mind the parking permits, its for everyone in the community and usually the content people don't write in about it. I did have somebody wing my car in the parking lot once, but accidents happen. The residents are very friendly and helpful. I liked the spacious layouts, and the buildings look much nicer now that they've been repainted.
