My bf and I lived there for a year. We had a kid move in upstairs that was pure hell...after almost burning down his apartment, many nights of thundering goth parties until 5am and having the cops out there numerous times...they let him stay.
Our apartment windows and sinks had mold issues. Our bathroom ceiling leaked and was falling in...it took them almost 2 weeks to even come look at it and another month to fix it. Door knobs just broke. Cracks around the windows made water come it and our walls were wet. By the time we left the kitchen wall was wet and there was no visual as to where the water was coming from.
Management changed like I change my undies. When we were ready to go they told us we still owed them $200 because they pro-rated our apartment wrong....why didnt they tell us this earlier!'
Parking was okay except for the huge pot hole!
The grouds are pretty...and the apartments are too, if they fix the water issues! We had no problems with bugs...just horrible neighbors (who cause others to break leases) and careless management.
