Convenient location for professionals

This is a nice complex for professionals who need intermediate housing.

I have stayed here a year while I've been building a house in the area, and it has suited my needs well.

As typical with an apartment complex, I have had some noise issues with younger tenants who think we're living on campus.

One maintenance issue is that the complex desperately needs painting!!!
