As I stated, the leasing staff and maintenance staff is AWESOME. The prices are great, the staff knows you by name and take your concerns regarding maintenance seriously. I essentially moved here due to the friendly staff and closeness to work. However as a long time Raleigh resident, Cedar Springs was a premiere property in the early 2000's but has since gone downhill. The apartments have alot of light, but the pool also attracts alot of kids in various other neighborhoods making the noise SPIKE in the summer. I've also noticed numerous residents standing out with open beer containers in the wee hours of the night...as well as 4 in the afternoon. As a woman I felt somewhat unsafe, transient visitors seem to love the place, I suppose due to the location on the busy corner of Spring Forest and Atlantic which by the way is a nightmare to turn into and or leave at 5pm and between 7 and 9 am in the morning as well as "The Supper Clubb" (which has great food, but too much traffic, therefore we have a new parking pass or towing enforced aspect which is really annoying when you come home only to find that you parking pass has inadvertently fallen on the dashboard and your car has been towed for 100 bucks. Which no isn't the managements fault...but taking it in stride with the fact that we have passes due to the apartments location... I have to say no.
