I lived at Cedar Springs for more than a year and just moved out. I thought about this and thus listing the issue my family faced here:

(1) The Supper Club people use and litter the apartment community as their own property. No security to residents as well as your car/property.

(2) The apartment may look great, we had service request every next week, to fix the water problems and pest issues.

(3) The management would like to give you a big list of issues, while its time for your lease to end and you decide to leave the community.

(4) My visitors from out-of-state got his car towed even after parking as prescribed community center location - even after following every stupid-rule.

(5) My 2 year old kid couldn't even walk around in the community, becuase of the broken glass and beer bottles everywhere.

(6) The management have no customer service knowledge and thinks everyone comes here is cheap and poor. They do not treat people properly.
