I have been lived in this apartment 1 year ,the second year they raise the rent $35,this is pretty expensive apartment,I am not sure if they would raise my rent again next year' I have one friend the move out cause they raise them rent too. the other problem is the neighbor always play music all day till late night,the bass disturb me can't even go to sleep. I report to the office few times, but seems they not doing their job. I am upset about this poor service , might have to sent them to court.
