My Family and I have been living here for over 2 years. and I've to say, Stay away don't move here. the rent is way to hight for what you get in return. We now have a new Mgmt Co. and with this new company, came the worst office Mgmt they are rude and unconcern about the tents needs they lie to you and if you ask for information on something like use of the center you can forget about they won't call you back and even if you go back to the office you will be lie to over and over again. the best thing about this place is the floor plan very roomy. hope to be out of here some look for a house stay because we didn't want to move again and then move again into our new home. else wise would've been gone Stay away!!!!!!!!

Let me assure you that we at Cedar Springs pride ourselves on our dedication to resident satisfaction; as a Venterra community it is within our mission statement to provide exemplary service to our residents. I sincerley apologize if you feel that you have not received the best customer service that we can provide. Though it is standard practice to go above and beyond for our residents, when it comes to issues with regards to renting our newly renovated clubhouse there is little room for exceptions, but please feel free to bring your friends and family over to enjoy our many amenities such as the pool, coffee cafe, fitness center. I would love the chance to sit down and talk about this, so please call or stop by the ofice and allow me the opportunity to resolve this. Thank you.
