I'm so tired of people ripping this complex to shreds. I have lived here for quite some time, and find the staff to be quite helpful, the neighborhood is pretty safe, and the apartments are nice. As with most establishments some maintenance is required from time to time, but they're pretty good about making sure all requests are reviewed and the problem is fixed. In regards to the constant complaints of the rent increases, I just renewed my lease, and my rent has stayed the same. This complex is also one of the most animal friendly places in Raleigh to rent from, although they do have the pet rent, this neighborhood is full of friendly dog and cat owners.
