I lived at Cedar Springs for 12 months.

The rent for the apartment is way too high.

There are other, much nicer apartments off Atlantic and Green Road.

In the end it was all the Police cars there late at night that made me move out.

Four months after I move out, I get a letter from a collection agency saying Venterra had assigned a $100 debt to them, and to pay up.

I received no bill from Venterra, they had all my updated information.

I had a walk-through when I moved out, with the manager, who cleared the whole apartment.

$0 dollars owed.

So they think they are going to chump me into paying $100'

I did stop by your office, took me several tries until someone was there.

I spoke with the temporary manager as well as Juna Lamour.

I gave you pictures of my apartment before and after.

You stated you had no record of the charge and would have to investigate and get back to me.

You took my phone number and told me you would call no matter the outcome.

It has been 2 and a half months and I have not heard from you.

UPDATE: February 01, 2010
This matter has been turned over to the NC Attorney Generals office for review.

Venterra has failed repeatedly to address concerns, I'm through dealing with Venterra.
