This place was my worst nightmare. I moved into a roach infested problem that was never fixed in my thirteen long months there. The staff was very rude and treated me as an inconvenience. They finally sent an exterminator and when he sprayed in my cabinets, around 100 roaches started running out everywhere. I didn't know whether to throw up or pass out. I ended up moving out after nine months there and just paid the rent until my lease was up. I couldn't take it. I was then charged for a small crack in the mirror that was already there before me. I KNOW that the person before me was also charged for this. I paid it anyway just to be done with it. They are just shady and dirty individuals.
I often wonder if the person who occupies our apartment now doesn't feel my pain.

I am sorry you had this experience while you lived here in 2004 - 2005; however, during your tenancy, you lived here under different management/owners. Our company bought the propery in 2007 and I can assure you that we provide quality customer service. Our staff is very friendly to all our residents. And, we are on a routine pest control maintenance program. As far as any disputed charges to your account, you would need to speak with the previous owners as we did not own the property back then. Thank you.

I currently (2009) live here and I must say that the new management is FAR better than what you are describing. Exterminators come on a regular schedule and we see very little pests outside of the norm for any home. Management is always on top of things and we have never had an issue with them. Sorry to hear you didn't have as nice of an experience but I promise you these apartments are no longer even CLOSE to what they were when you lived here 4 years ago.
