I lived there for 2 years from 2007-2009. The management was great when I moved in. They were very helpful and genuinely concerned with any issues. The new management that took over while I lived there does not seem to care about any complaints or issues that the tenants may have. They are hard to get a hold of since they are usually not in the office and almost NEVER answer the phone. I had bug problems and the parking lots were getting more and more dangerous. People were getting attacked in the parking lot. After reciving a notice about one of the attacks from the apartment office, I decided to move out. I left my apartment almost 2 months before my lease was up but the management refused to work with me on the lease. So, I payed my rent until the lease was up and had them inspect the apartment on the last day. One of the maintenance staff did the walk through because the management was of course not available. They said it was fine and I would receive a check in the mail for my full deposit. The check came about a month later but was almost $360.00 short. They claimed that I had not moved out until the 11th of the next month. After many many many phone calls I finally got someone on the phone who admitted the mistake and said it would be taken care of immediately. It has been 2 weeks since then and no one will answer the phone or call back when I leave a message. I wonder how many other tenants they intentionally rip off like this. If I were late paying rent there would be a late charge but they seem to have no responsibility when paying back the tenants who lived there. One thing I will say is that the maintenance staff were always kind courtious and helpful. Perhaps they should be reported to the BBB.

Dear Previous Tenant,
Please stop by the leasing office at your earliest convinience to address all concerns you may have. We can also update you on your refund check status at that time as well.
Unfortunately human errors do occur and we would like an opportunity to rectify this situation.

I have recieved the check now. Thats nice of you to be so responsive after someone has filed a complaint. Where was that attitude before? Are you going to rectify the situation by giving me the 2 months rent I had to pay when I didnt live there? Really?? BTW, Its hard to come by the office after you move out of town. Oh yeah....I called that number and guess what??? No one answered. Thanks for being so consistent.
