If you enjoy no balcony, beercans everywhere, ghetto thugs in your neighborhood, and being held up at gun point, then this is the place for you! With Centennial Ridge you get what you pay for, you don't pay much, so do you don't get very much. Their "weight" room is a joke, and they don't have any nice amenities as the other places do like a pool, meeting rooms, computer labs, or even a balcony. jAll the ghetto children from around the area walk their dogs, ride their bikes, and park their cars in the middle of the parking lot and play loud music. It's "suppose" to be a college community, yet you find that your neighbor has children and they ride their bike up and down your walkway. If you want a decent place for cheap, then this is the place for you, but I live in Ivy Chase now, and I would never go back to section 8 housing.

I lived here for a year and this person obviously is from Beverly Hills or something of that nature. This place is a great way to save loot. These are apartments for students so there will always be a few bad seeds. I perosnally know of "thugs" who live in Ivy Chase! And no, I do not work here either!
