It's definitely oriented towards college students, and that's why I've enjoyed living here, but noise has only occassionally been an issue (depending on the neighbors). It comes fully loaded with all major appliances. Great rent that includes everything except internet, and internet may even be included next year, I'm not sure. Plenty of parking spaces. The apartments are fairly spacious. The staff has been helpful when I needed them. The only reason I'm moving out is to be closer to work. I would definitely recommend Centennial Ridge to someone making the transition from dorm to apartment or anyone looking for a great deal.
