GREAT WAY TO SAVE $$$

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived here for a little over one year. I missed having a balcony very much, but this place was so inexpensive I did not care.
CONS:
- Very limited parking past 10pm.
- No balconies.
- No pool, tennis courts, basketball courts.
- Tyron Road is a pain to get in and out of.
- Sometimes residents do not clean after dogs.
PROS:
- CABLE/POWER/WATER/HIGH-SPEED ALL IN RENT!!
- Huge kitchens w/ tile floors (easy clean)
- Apartments are new
- Nice Grilling areas
- Property Manager is really nice
This place allowed me to save soooo much money. Think about it, no security deposits to open up water, power, internet, or cable! A couple bad seeds here, but that comes with any place where college kids live. Lock your car, lock your door, and you will be fine.
