The rooms are quite spacious and it's nice having your own bathroom. All major appliances are provided and relatively new. The apartments look pretty new as well. Noisey neighbors can be a problem if you luck out, but I haven't had that problem too much. Rent includes water, power (cap $75/mo), cable, internet.

My major concern as of late is after having Roadrunner provided for us last year, they switched to some no name company called Wavelength. It's another one of those internet companies with their tech support in another state. We have had problems for about 3 weeks now with the internet barely moving or completely stopped. We complained, as I have heard many others have been, and the only explaination we get is "we're working on it. We don't know when it will be fixed," and we have heard this for 3 weeks.
