The management is clearly writing fake reviews to boost their score. 5 good reviews in 2 days with 5.0 ratings when the average overall rating is 2.7 (It was 1.74 before the boosting) and the average amount of time between reviews is generally 2 weeks to a month. Just another indicator of how dumb they think their prospective tenants are.
