The only good thing about this place is price. However, even that is iffy considering that no matter how much we monitor electricity usage, we still wind up paying 20 to 40 dollars in overages. We were told someone would be out to check our meter, but alas, no one showed. I moved in March 2008 under the condition that damages in the apartment would be fixed immediately. For 5 months I fought to get maintenance in to fix these issues. Finally, after I threatened to break my lease, they got someone in. I lost work due to waiting for them to show, then when I came home from work I found they had done an awful job. I do restoration/renovations for a living and even offered to do the work myself if they would reimburse me for the supplies. They refused. I complained about the work to one of the maintenance men, he checked it out and agreed that they would have to come back and truly fix it. No one ever came. I got to the point that I was so sick of fighting with the landlord that I gave up. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE spare yourself the pain of moving into this complex!!!!!!!!!!! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
