I have lived here for two years and have always loved it. My apartment is much nicer than all of my friends' apartments and I pay a lot less. Cable, internet, and utilities are included. The living room is larger than most three bedroom apartments, and as an amateur gourmet chef, the kitchen is more than adequate. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen, laundry, bedrooms and bathrooms.
The staff is friendly and accommodating and I have never had any problems with maintenance issues or the like. I live in Centennial Village and it is a great place to live. Its two minutes from campus, has both an NCSU and Raleigh CAT Bus stop right outside, is across the street from a grocery store, restaurant, post office, and bar, and is right next to the interstate (even my directionally challenged mother could find it).
I would highly recommend living here. The only reason I am moving out is to go to law school in a different state!
