My son lived at Centennial Ridge Aparment for a year. In that year he had 4 robberies in his apartment. There is no security and the office is not concerned about the crime. It is a quiet neighborhood, but not a real safe place. There is minimal lighting in the parking lot, so it is not safe to go out. There was a string of breakins in the cars also. The management is not friendly. The office personel are extremely nice when you are signing the lease but afterward, they are not helpful at all. They are rude on the phone and slow to fix any problems. The appliances are not new and are frequently breaking. It took 2 weeks to fix the dryer the first time and a month to fix it the second time. The AC leaked and stained the wall and floor, but is was never fixed, their response was we will repaint everything when you move out. One thing the complex will do, is tow your car. If you don't display your parking decal, you have a good likely hood of being towed. Not at all good for overnight guests. The parking is adequate, but not where the apartments are. There are places over near the woods, not in front of the apartment. There are minimal amenities, the exercise room is a joke. The rent was late one month (due on the 5th) and they started court proceedings that day. The rent is cheap, I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend this complex or their sister complex, Centennial Village, for anyone to live in.

I've lived here since 2006 never had any breakin's, the parking lot is night by the apartments and usually plenty of spaces, the exercise room is small but plenty of equipment to get you into shape and its free, they have a new maintence guy who is a lot more efficent then the last one, over all not a bad place to live compared to the more expensive places around town.
