I had several bad experiences with the management here. The landlord is not organized and could not locate one of the rent checks that I had paid earlier this year. In addition, I paid a ridiculously high sublease fee to move out early (April 30th, my lease was to end on July 30). On April 30th I handed my keys over to the landlord (literally, placed them in her hand) and later she calls while I am out of the country insisting that we pay $200 for moving out on May 10th, when clearly I was out on April 30th. Centennial Village really isn't worth the price and I would recommend that you look around longer before committing to this place. I never felt safe getting back to my apartment late at night, particularly when I had to park far away from my apartment, towards the isolated end of the parking lot by the woods. My roommate's boyfriend had his car broken into in the parking lot here. Often there are sketchy people hanging around the property. There are nicer places nearby in safer areas with much better management. I was literally counting down the days until I was able to move out of this place.
