This complex has been a real negative adventure!
The management promised an incentive if 3 people came in as a group to rent. The first year our son did just that. There were 3 friends who rented together. Management never provided any type of "incentive".

Painting of the kitchen never took place as requested on the rental agreement. The walls by the stove are covered with cooking splatter and have been that way for years.

No screening is done to match roommates, our son has had big issues living with a slob who opens the windows during 90 degree weather to "air out" the smoke. This cuases the overage for the utilities to be outrageous!

The parking is horrible...our sons vehicle has a sticker but was still towed. They claimed it was a mistake, but we were still inconvenienced and had to go pick up the car. The management said, "Oh, well!"

When we considered another apartment, management offered to install a ceiling fan if our son would stay at this property. He stayed, and called numerous times, but the fan "upgrade" was never installed.

Lightbulbs are constantly out for long periods of time and not replaced, making the facility dangerous at night.

The workout facility is a joke. Machines are usually broken for long periods of time.

We have contacted management personally regarding all of the above mentioned issues. We have also sent letters to the parent company, all without response. It is too bad this complex takes advantage of students.
