There are only two good things about Centennial Village:
1. There is a Wolfline stop right next to the complex.
2. Your own bathroom.

That's it. The plumbing' Awful. My roommates and I had drainage problems from the get go. I probably bought four bottles of Draino to try and fix it myself since maintenance would NEVER fix anything. My window would also not lock, which is not a problem when you live on the top floor, but it is still and annoyance since the window would also not stay completely closed. Once again, I made complaints, but maintenance did nothing.

As for the noise' Good lord is this place nothing but noises upon noises. If the people below you aren't blaring music, then it's the sports bar across the street. If not that, then it is the CONSTANT landscaping going on outside at 8am, all days of the week, for at least two hours. Which, it's funny to me that there are always people working on the drab, lifeless landscaping.

Oh, and you don't actually get mail delivered to you by the post office, it's done by a third party that the complex pays for. And if you want mail forwarding for when you move' Yeah, that's a 20 dollar fee. Did I mention that if you have a concern over something being lost by the forwarding company you have to PAY to talk to customer service' Yup.

The parking is fine, but during the school year if you are gone until evening you probably will have to park in the dimly lit visitors spots far from your building. Though, that might not be an issue now that barely anyone wants to live at Centennial.

This place is not worth the rent unless it is less than 200 dollars a month.
