I lived here for three years and did not have ANY of the problems you are talking about. YOU CHOSE to live on a busy intersection near a Sports Bar. If you want perfect quiet, stay home with your parents!

Maintenance ALWAYS fixed my probelms very quickly. I have never had to ask twice for anythign to be done.

Yes, teh mail system is not perfect, but the managemtn has no choice! The post office willnot deliver. If you bothered to ask someone in the office instead of writing anonymously online you would know that!

straight BS, The management of the complex sucks, and it seemed that the energy bill conviently went up when no one was around, the units are a piece of crap, nothing is every repaired, i will tell everyone this live there if you want to regret it
