Chambers Ct. apartments are in a pretty good location, but the neighborhood is kinda bad. Noise is a problem if you're on the ground floor, because the way the buildings were built lets sound travel very well. But the maintanence workers are the best, it would take a page or two to relate the great service we got from them. The leasing agents are fair and honest, and even helpful.
