I will agree that the apartments may be older, however, all the windows carpet and paint are brand new. There is lots of space in these apartments. The staff here is great, i havent had any mantainence problems that didnt get fixed within a day or two. The only issue i figure anyone could find is parking. It is frustrating when some ------- parks in your designated spot, but other than that the location size and low costs totally make this a place state students would want to stay.
