What a --------!! Of the two reviews I have read before mine, the one that trashed the place hit the nail on the head. The apartments are all 30 years old, smell terrible, and are in major need or a renovation. There are some shady people living here, but there are also some good people too. The building I live in is horrible. Huge dogs live everywhere here, so you have to deal with the noise, sights, and smells. The staff working here is decent, and are willing to help you with problems. Maintenace is also pretty good, but be prepared to spend some time with them. By the end of your stay here, you will know all of them by first name, probably even know their kids names. The location is very convienient to NC State, and many of the residents here are students. Parking is not the greatest, but not the worst either. Price is also high considering it is a 30 year old place. All in all, I would recommend finding another place to live.
