I have lived in the new apartments that they built on the hill, and i do not plan on living there ever again. The only good point about the new apartments are that they are new, the people and management all suck. If you actually want some privacy and relaxation on a balcony, this aint the place. The units were thrown together as fast as possible, and you can tell, walls are thin, and water pressure sucks. Oh the parking is the most --- backwards set up i have ever seen, they have enough spots for 2/3 of the actual tennents. SO good luck finding a place to park, and seeing that students never go anywhere but to school and partys, you will always be parking on the street and walking up the hill. Glad i dont have to keep paying so much money to live in hell!
