Great if your a student

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2003
 
I lived here for a long time. It isn't as bad as the other reviews,but it's not great either. The walls are thin. It is not well insulated. It was built in 1971. There are a lot of students. In the end, it is student housing. Nothing more, nothing less.
