OK, the model they show you is WONDERFUL, DON"T BE FOOLED. The townhomes are very old, it's difficult to get them wired to have tv's upstairs in the bedrooms, for me and my roommate to both get high speed internet we had to go to extrememly difficult lengths and step over wires and crap in the hallway all the time. My bedroom was about the temperature of hell in the summer, their air conditioning obviously does not cool the upstairs. The kitchen was disgusting, floor and cabinets were soooo old, as were the appliences. The is a concrete slab that they call a patio you can fit approximately 4 people out there. There was a little creek running behind my house which was pretty, but attracked mad mosquitos. I went to the pool exactly twice, shady looking people hanging out there. I never had a problem with the parking, and noise was usually not a problem either. The rent was way over priced, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
