Good apartments

Clarion Crossing is a good apartment complex overall. Please keep in mind that you are in a college area so car break-ins and noise are commonplace no matter where you are living.

The rent is a bit high for the apartments offered and leasing terms are not very flexible. Also watch for hidden fees.

Overall, it is a nice place to live and my experience there was a pleasant one. The sales and maintenance staff are nice. However, if you need to get up with them, good luck getting someone to answer the phones. Also, the property manager that took over in 2005 is a jerk. That, along with thier prices and lack of flexibility are why I am no longer staying there.
