I've lived here about two and a half years but will be moving soon. Though this community has its faults, overall it's a good place to be. It is older than the brochures make you think, but it's well maintained. The maintenence staff is great and problems are fixed quickly. Noise from other apartments could be better, but is generally just muffled white noise. There are students living here, but most are pretty good (I've heard the same is not true for the town homes). It's also nice to have established trees around and the little creek out back. The price could be better, but it's location keeps it high I guess.
