The best apartment near NCSU.

I have lived here for 2 years and the most fantastic point of this apartment is Maintenance....!!!! Office staffs are very kind. When I told the office to replace my disposer in a kichen on my way school in the morning, I could see a fixed disposer and maintenance report on the sink in the afternoon. Also, I love gorgeous pool, fitness room, and parking place. Price is higher but you could get cheap price on May promotion. Disadvantages are not enough sun shine due to its constructional design, and noisy on weekends.
