I have lived here for almost a year now, and have just recently renewed my lease for another. This place is great for students that travel during the summer. They have a deal where you only pay half of your normal rent per month during the summer if you're not living there.
It is QUIET. SO QUIET. I live in an old building, far from the center where the pool, office, etc. are...that might be why it's so quiet. The view from my balcony is incredible... trees, birds, a trickling creek (rushing when it rains!). It's great. Rent is cheap. Everyone is nice. VERY SAFE. Not many children. Pet friendly. You will like it here!
