I've lived here for about 6 months now and I must say it isn't too bad. The staff is great and I haven't needed to call maintenance at all. The walls are pretty thin inside the apartment and you can usually hear people watching TV in the living room when your door is shut, but a quiet roommate does help. The air conditioner/heater fan is VERY LOUD and the unit is inside what we originally believed to be a hall closet. After 1 month we turned off the air and used fans and in the winter we bought space heaters instead of using the in-house heater so that is no longer a problem for us.

I live on the second floor and have been complained about for noise once due to having a few too many friends over one weekend. I have only been able to hear my neighbors maybe 4 or 5 times the entire time I have lived here and it is overall very quiet.

I have never had a problem finding a parking spot, if you come home late you may park a little farther than you want, but it was never a problem for me. The grounds are well kept and very green all year long.
