I lived at Clarion Crossing for a year and a half. Upon move in, the apartment was COMPLETELY infested with fleas. It took MONTHS for the infestation to clear up and was a total headache when dealing with office staff to have them contact pest control. The AC and heating system was so loud and the air from it had a very musty, mothball smell. I lived on the ground floor and on numerous occasions had to deal with the sewer backing up into my apartment as well as flooding when it would rain. I had to pay for the carpet cleaning myself on all occasions (except 1) when the sewer backed up and when the flooding issue came up, it was months before the maintenance manager would contact a contractor and take me seriously, even though I called them to come out as soon as the flooding began and showed them that the carpets were completely soaked and water was pooling on top and rising. Additionally, there was thick black mold, cockroaches AND centipedes living under the carpet near the area of flooding, and it STILL took months before they would do anything to fix the problem. I experienced the Clarion Crossing staff to be very rude on most occasions and absolutely incompetent when any questions or issues would arise. Office staff were vague when explaining legal responsibilities and the lease agreement and were unable to answer specific questions about the lease. However, I want to acknowledge that Jodi, the Office Manager, was very knowledgeable and reasonable to work with. She was always very friendly and helpful and was the reason I decided to renew my lease- her efforts helped to ease my frustrations with the rest of the staff's incompetence. Even tho Jodi was wonderful, she wasn't always available (understandably), and because of all of the other garbage that I experienced living there, I would NOT recommend renting at Clarion Crossing. Not at all.

I moved to clarion crossing few moths ago. I had the same problem too:( I can go on and on to what I went though. I believe that the apartment was intested before I moved in. never ever had bug problems before. but the mangement say rthat they never had that problem in that apartment. I do not believe that what building did you used to live at? I believe I have a strong feeling that it is the apartment I took thanks for your respond my email is mfidaa@yahoo.com thanks a lot
