PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY. THERE HAVE BEEN 5 BREAK INS IN THE UNITS AND SEVERAL CAR BREAK INS. THIS AREA'S CRIME RATE HAS INCREASED EXPONENTIALLY AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I WOULD ADVISE LOOKING ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON HAVING THE RALEIGH PD ON SPEED DIAL.

I would just like to respond to the posting dated Nov 16, 2008. I work in the office at Clarion Crossing and have been working in this office for five plus years. We have had minimal break-ins in our community, but hasn't everyone? We cannot control outsiders coming into the community, but we try our best to keep those outsiders from coming in. There is not an apartment community out there that has not had one of their apartment's broken in to. I just want to clarify that this typ of activity does not happen often in my community and it is an enjoyable community to live in overall!
