I currently live at Clarion Crossing and have been living here for about 6 months. I have had no bug problems and few maintenance issues. I can't hear my neighbors while I'm inside and I have had no problems with theft. Its a college area...so there are a lot of college kids living here, but its not as bad as the apartments you see right next to campus. Its not a huge living space, but its decent. The pool is nice, the free tanning is ok(one not too bad bed), I use the work out room,its not huge, but its alright. My only real complaint is how loud the air conditioning is...it sounds like a weird complaint...but I might move out just because of the air. Either the TV is really really loud, or you watch TV in a warm room. I read a review where someone else complained about the loud air and I kind of laughed it off... I guess just turn the air on and listen before you move in and decide if its too loud for yourself.
