I looked at dozens of apartments in order to finally decide on The Grove because of its grounds and the fact that it is a gated community. Since I moved in, the gates have been broken more than they have been working. My car was broken into, and the community said "sorry, but we don't expect the gates to keep anyone out." Huh' The apartments are noisy and the stairwells are moldy. Maintenance has been in the place often installing meters and radios so that water can be charged to each individual apartment. I can't imagine staying here another year and paying for water this time. Look closely before you decide, and make sure you listen for the Milbrook noise.
