We have been extremely disappointed with our experience here at the Grove. You pay too much for what you get: broken gates, dirty staircases, running toilets, and sketchy looking neighbors. People leave their trash outside their doors even though you're not suppose to. And we've had SO much trouble with our neighbors playing loud booming music. After many complaints, the staff basically told us they weren't going to do anything about it. It's been miserable. Feels like the ghetto.
