Worst Management& Maintenance(Bad neighbourhood)

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Both Management and Maintenance are worst.
The management changes every year and some of them are very rude.
They hike the rate too much every year.
Maintenance is very bad.Plent of noise night times,people roaming around and shouting.
Not a good place to live.
