I currently live at the columns. I can say that some of the reveiws I have read are true!

I have never had any problems with the people in the office, they have all been really nice with me, none of them have been snobs to me or my child. I love the maintaince staff because everytime there has been a problem they have come to fix it asap! People can be nice here or they can just be rude, it's hit or miss. I have a few great neighboors and friends, an then there are those that aren't. --hey that's life!

With that being said, I do have to say there is a bit of a parking problem-somewhat in my building because people who have a garage/driveway don't use it! There is a problem with dog poop everywhere, but this doesn't have to do with the staff --HELLO it is a problem with the dog owners!!!! There is a nosie problem too, my neighboor says it sounds like me and my child are coming through his ceiling..I try to control it, but that is apartment living I will not walk on egg shells in my own apt! you have to deal with it, I can hear his TV and he lives below me. It doesn't really bother me. It does bother me that people DO NOT know how to drive the speed limit!!!---there are plenty of children whom play in the neighboorhood. The pool is kinda small, but a least there is a pool!

I totally agree with your last paragrapgh even though I personally had a problem with the staff. I felt as though I walked on egg shells in my own apartment because the below neighbor said we sounded like elephants. I solved problem though...never live in an apartment again with children. I havent and have had no complaint about our noise level.

ria2alo, It's the poor construction of the apartments. Any sound (neighbors using the bathroom upstairs) is heard. You're right...it's best that children not live in apartments. It allows them the freedom to be children while not making life unbearable for the neighbors. :-)
