Apartments look good but can be real noisy

We moved in and then we found out some of these apartments have problems with the ceilings and floors. Make sure your new apartment?s carpet is decent before you move in here. Some of our new neighbors even reported carpet spots left behind by the previous tenant when they moved in too.They said they mentioned it on their move in sheets but nothing was ever done about it. Be sure to inspect your new apartment before you start moving your furniture in. It may look like a great apartment until the upstairs neighbors come home.Then it can sound like you are living inside an old drum. They do give a 30 days move in satisfaction guarantee so if you don?t like it you can always move to another apartment.
