I've lived here almost a year now. I love the floor plan, 3bds, 2ba, and deck when I can use it but it's the only thing going for it. I have 2 children, we're one of the few families in the community. It's not real children friendly. If you're a college student... it's great for you!

I've had an issue with the upstairs neighbors the entire time I've lived here. I've brought it to managements attention several times. The noise level at 3am which has stopped. (thank you Raleigh City Police) and their dog urinating on the deck, which drips right through the cracks onto my deck. Ever been splashed by dog pee' It's gross. Management said, sorry, let us know when it happens again. (this is the 4th complaint) The neighbors are breaking the lease and yet management doesn't care. I pay too much ($885) to have to accept this!!

So my opinion on the place' If you like paying high rates for low service... it's just for you!
