Finally, a Management company that cares and makes a difference (Gables took over in June). I have lived here 4 years. Some of the other post are pretty dramatic...and frankly I have not seen nor heard those types of problems. The new Manager is awesome...she really is making this an even better place to live. I have lived here in 3 different apartments, love my neighbors...and will not move...until maybe I buy a house.
The staff really goes out of the way to get things done and in a timely matter. Yes, a few hoodlums did get in last year from what I could tell, but the new management already got rid of them, and assured me that crime will not be tolerated at this community. You can see the difference already...I liked it before, but with the new changes...I like it even more now!!
