I have lived in Sedgewood Green Apts for almost 3 years, and since we have new mangement, I have noticed that they do not keep it clean. For the amount of money I pay per month, I do expect better. Our old management use to sweep off the steps and keep the trees trimmed down. We had to call and tell them to please trim our trees down, they were growing so tall that they would slap you in the face if you were not carefull. The maintenance service is not that good either. Our fan on the ac broke, we had to wait until the next day so they could go and purchase one. Hello - where is the backup equipment' It was really hot that night! They should also have better rules in regards to cats! I?m not too fond on cats and I really don?t appreciate seeing their paws print on my car every morning. To our new management, you should be more considerate of others. We pay too much money to have to tolerate the things we do. If we pay over $900 per month for rent for a 3-br & you can advertise it for $775 per month - why should we have such a huge penalty for breaking our lease ONE month early' It?s obvious with renters like us you can advetise it for $200-$300 cheaper. Now that sucks!
