Nice place to live

I've been here a year this October. Sure, it's not teh newest, but I thin kthe location makes up for that. I like the layout of the apartments, although I dont think I would want to be on the ground floor.
The breezeways in the apartments is a little odd. The center of what would be a landing is open to the fllor below. There may be a problem with REALLY large peices of furniture, but a good mover will have no problems.
The walls are typical "Apartment Manilla Folder" colored, which is expected, but the paint is flat and scratches easily.
I have had no problems with the wiring in here, or the phone lines. Cable is wired to all rooms. I've had good luck that I havent had any service issues, except a broken lock on my slider. It was fized the same day I called.
Speaking of sliders, I like the way the the deck is laid out. I can reach it from the living room OR the second bedroom. To me, this is great. The deck is a decent size, covered has a decent storage closet outside.
I think the best thing about Sedgweood is the location. From here, I can be in RTP in 10 minutes, downtown in 10, the malls in 5 and there is a lot closeby in regards to shopping (Crabtree Mall and Glanwood Ave are right there).
I plan to stay here for a while, and wouldnt have a problem telling someone to come check it out.
