I am a newly-married individual and currently in Graduate school. I've lived at Sedgewood for 9 months now, and I can't say that I've had any significant problems. At one point the heater broke, but after a quick call to management, the maintenance guys came over and fixed it within the next couple hours.

I live on a top floor, and the noise level is satisfactory. Every once in a while I'll hear muffled sounds from the folks next door, but nothing I wouldn't expect from any other apartment complex.

I also have a sunroom instead of a deck, which adds quite a bit of space to the living room. I'm satisfied with the size, the low noise level, the neighbors, the price, and the location. The kitchen is a bit small for my tastes, but then again, it saves space for the rest of the place.
