I have lived in Sedgewood Green for almost 2 years. When I first moved here the gym was kept up, the managing staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the grounds were pleasant. Since then, things have gone down hill quickly. We have had at least 4 changes in management, each knowing less than the previous. They have lost rent checks, taken weeks to respond to maintenance request, and been generally unfriendly. The gym is a sad sight, four of the six exercise machines are broken and several have been broken for many months. Trash piles up at the dumpster and smells horrible. The pet areas are not cleaned and just walking to your car can sometimes make you gag. The management seems uninterested in attending to any of the problems that plague Sedgewood Green. I can't wait to move out of here. Tell everyone . . . stay away from Sedgewood Green.
